ETS is fortunate to have a wide range of highly qualified and hand picked coaches dedicated to helping each individual that we come in contact with.  We believe in the saying that "athletic performance is 90% mental and 10% physical."  That is why a good portion of the time you will find your coach riding beside you on a training ride, running with you on runs, or counting laps for you in the pool.  We feel the best way to motivate, educate, and guarantee your success is to be with you as much as possible to meet any and all needs you might have.  There are three key features that make ETS successful:

PROGRAM DESIGN- This is one of the most important parts to making a successful season.  Our programs are not just a generic format that may or may not meet the needs and goals of our clients.  Each client receives the highest amount of attention to insure that each receives the best possible program for them and them only.  Each program is tailored to each individual based on their needs, abilities, and goals.  Each client receives a weekly workout for the week ahead with all seven days planned out for them.  If adjustments need to be made, we are there. 

PERFORMANCE TESTING- This is the driving force behind the program design.  The ability to perform these tests enables us to find the exact intensities and thresholds needed to prescribe the proper training strategies.  Testing is performed throughout the training to track progression and to prescribe new intensities.  Check out our Performance Testing Page to get information about all of the test that we perform.

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING- We are there for any and all needs by providing close super vision in all disciplines of training.  We aim to maximize each workout to ensure you get the most out of each and to avoid going through the motions.  We believe the best way to do so is to work directly with you to evaluate training and fix any problems that may occur.  Coaching sessions cover all aspects of training including but not limited to; cycling, running, and swimming with the clients as well as strength training, strategy planning, nutritional guidance, and more.

Through out the year, ETS puts on several camps, clinics, and event specific training programs.  The camps, clinics, and programs focus on specific topics and events and are generally done in small group settings at discounted prices.  The main focus of these programs and clinics is to educate and inform athletes on the topic of the clinic so they may use the information in the future to achieve their optimal performance level.  Be sure to check to check our Performance Clinics and Camps page for upcoming events.
